Rule 46
Level should be maintained
:
(1) The licensee shall maintain the voltage, frequency and power factor of electricity at the level mentioned in this paragraph while producing, transmitting or distributing electricity. (2) If it is not found to be according to sub-rule (1), the inspector will consider the condition of the establishment concerned and give the permit holder the necessary time to correct the electrical system within that period.
